Second interview candidates review their interview experience at Blue Inc Schaumburg ....continued

"I've done insurance sales before, but this was nothing like that.  It wasn't a pushy sales job.  The office seems very team oriented and customer friendly. The representative that I observed today was very professional, respectful, honest and easy to relate to. I feel that Blue will allow me to have the ability to grow in something more, and the potential to do great things in business. I'm 110% confident that I could perform the duties of the position."  - Michael  (accepted position)

"Cori and Chelsie were great! They were professional and explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I'm looking to grow as an entrepreneur and as a person, and in seeing all the opportunity and areas to be educated in, makes me feel like this would be an excellent fit. I am very confident that I am capable of this position." -Marilyn (2nd interview candidate)

"I feel that Blue Inc would help me to learn new things and become a better people person, however, I don't think that I can get outside of my comfort zone and meet new people. I wasn't looking for a position that had sales as entry level focus, I wanted more of a traditional marketing position."  - Danielle (declined offer)

"I appreciated the fact that Blue Inc gets leads generated by AT&T.  Most entry-level sales positions that I have interviewed for don't use leads, they just go door-to-door, which felt a lot different.
"  - Tanya (2nd interview candidate)

"This company was the first company that I interviewed with and they made the process seem like a challenge, but at the same time they made me feel comfortable.  I think that Blue Inc Schaumburg will teach me the important skills that I would need to not only build my resume, but also to succeed in an internal role with the company if I'm offered one.  I am confident that I can do this job and complete all the steps to the management position."   - Tonisha  (2nd interview candidate)

"The one thing that separates Blue Inc is that the staff is extremely laid back and know how to have fun. However, after seeing what is done and seeing how things work, I am no longer interested in the position because of the work hours and the entry level pay/responsibilities.  I wanted a position that was regular business hours and more advanced in terms of responsibilities initially.  I'm going to pursue other companies and goals." Zack (2nd interview candidate)

"The professionalism of this company truly stands out, and the people here are clearly motivated to grow. Direct marketing puts a face and personality behind the product.  It gives a direct ROI, so it makes sense for them to conduct business in this way.  Overall I feel that my ambition will be able to thrive here.  I feel that my creative and innovative mind will only help this company continue to grow. If I follow the systems that are in place at Blue, having my own office to manage seems likely, seeing that I really would like to be an entrepreneur." -Steven  (accepted the position)

Second interview candidates review their interview experience at Blue Inc Schaumburg

"I liked how the interview process was in phases and more personalized, which was different than many brief interviews that I have done before.  I think it will be a great experience for me to grow and I love the fact that you can move up at your own pace while working with a team." - Tiffany  (current Team Leader)

"A lot of companies in Chicago have a similar corporate structure, but what separates Blue Inc. is the feeling that you get when you walk into the door.  They have music playing and a very 'homey' feel to the place. I reviewed the website before I came in for my interview, and it exceeded my expectations in terms of the office culture and the advancement potential." -Richard (2nd interview participant)

"The aspect of Blue that separates it from other companies is how personable your people are and the energy and vibe of the office is contagious.  The representative that took me out was Cori, and he was very enthusiastic about his opportunity with the company and what he has been learning in the business.  He kept his composure when faced with complicated questions and was very professional.  Overall, there is definitely plenty of room to grow with this company." - Kyra (2nd interview participant)

"This company actually shows the candidates what the job description is, which is much more advantageous for both the company and the candidate.  I didn't feel like it was the best fit for me due to the location being in Schaumburg, however, I did feel like the position would have taught me how to build better relationships with clients and encourage personal growth for future goals that I have." - Gabriela (2nd interview participant)

"I didn't like the fact that the company does face-to-face sales.  I was looking for more of a desk job with normal business hours.  The people were friendly, and it seemed to be a fun atmosphere, but the type of job just wasn't for me."  -Paul (2nd interview participant)

"This company feels more comfortable.  They welcome people with open arms.  The representative that showed me the ropes (Ben Wolfe) did a nice job teaching me what the company is about.  He was easy to talk to and he did his job well." -Cody  (former Team Leader recounts his 2nd interview process)

Ben Wolfe reviews the internal training process at Blue, Inc:

I hated every minute of training, but I said, 'Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.'
-Muhammad Ali     Muhammad Ali
"My training has been very thorough. I came into Blue, Inc. fresh out of college and had no experience in the business world. Through the training at Blue, Inc, I have become more professional, my public speaking skills have matured and I now realize that previous goals that I have set for my life are, in fact, attainable within a fairly short time frame," says Account Representative Benjamin Wolfe. "It's great to have all the support Ben's father is in sales and he wants to follow in his footsteps. Ben feels that an entry level position that promotes from within is his best opportunity to advance in today's economy and difficult job market. For more information about Blue, Inc.
